Assist the Company C.E.O with financial strategies and financial projections & plans. Prepare annual budgets and monitor all budget items on an on-going basis, ensuring adequate controls are in place. Provide analysis and explanation of variances of key financial data for presentation to company C.E.O and shareholders. Prepare monthly and year end management accounts for company C.E.O for approval and submission to shareholders.
